At AI Image to Video and Video to Video, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that sometimes a service may not meet your expectations, and we've designed our refund policy with fairness and customer satisfaction in mind.
Eligibility for Refunds
- New Subscribers:
- Eligible for a full refund if requested within the first billing cycle.
- The refund request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
- Existing Subscribers:
- Not eligible for refunds on renewal payments.
- Exceptions may be made for service outages or technical issues on our end.
How to Request a Refund
- Log into your account on our website.
- Navigate to the 'Billing' or 'Subscription' section.
- Click on the 'Request Refund' button.
- Fill out the refund request form, providing a reason for your request.
- Submit the form at least 24 hours before your billing cycle ends.
Refund Process
- Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Important Notes
- Refunds are only available for the current billing cycle.
- Partial refunds are not available. It's either a full refund or no refund.
- Abuse of the refund policy may result in account termination.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of apparent fraud or abuse.
Cancellation vs. Refund
- Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically initiate a refund.
- To receive a refund, you must explicitly request one through the process outlined above.
